Daina Bilkštytė-Skanė is a PhD student in the subject of Management. She has a broad interest in the effects of digitalization on the organization. Her research investigates how the adoption of a data-driven decision-making process affects the executive role.She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics (2008) from the University of Management and Economics and a master’s degree in social science from the University of Vilnius (2020). Her master’s thesis was focused on the success factors of executives’ leadership during the COVID pandemic.Daina has extensive experience in project Management and has worked on a wide range of IT projects, including ERP implementations, product development, and custom solutions.
