In 2020, the ISM team was joined by Dr. Monika Mačiulienė, an expert in digital marketing and innovation, a professional and researcher in her field. She has been delving into and teaching digital marketing for nearly a decade, presenting her discoveries and insights at international conferences and publishing in scientific journals („Journal of Business Research,” „Journal of Innovation and Knowledge,” „Internet Science,” and „Kybernetes”).

Thus, today, when almost everything is moving into the virtual space and the ability to work with digital tools is a necessity, Monika’s knowledge of digital marketing and innovations will enable quick adaptation to the changing environment and mastery of tools needed now and in the future. As Monika herself says, digital tools provide opportunities to share ideas, create a more sustainable and smarter society, and more easily build communities.

Additionally, Monika is an ISM alumna, so she is well-acquainted with ISM’s culture, the importance of community, values, and goals. Monika returned to her Alma Mater with the goal of creating an engaging educational environment that not only provides students with essential knowledge about business management structures and processes but also inspires them to be curious, think critically, and continuously improve themselves.
