Hleb Tsikhanovich

Hleb Tsikhanovich is a PhD student in the Doctoral Programme in Management at ISM University of Management and Economics. He holds an MBA degree from Mykolas Romeris University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Belarussian State Economic University.

Before his doctoral studies, Hleb gained extensive working experience by assuming management roles in companies from different sectors: IT Consulting, Game Development, FMCG, NGO, and Banking. He currently works as a Service Manager for a leading Game Development company in Lithuania.

Hleb’s research areas focus on leadership. More specifically, he investigates the leader’s propensity to dictatorship in business and political contexts.
