Dr. Caroline Sue Lin Tan
Caroline S.L. Tan is a tenured Associate Professor of Marketing at the Graduate School of Business Sciences, University of Tsukuba, Japan. Her main research interests include consumer and fan psychology and behaviour, social media marketing, and sustainability. Her work has appeared in journals such as European Journal of Marketing, Journal of Strategic Marketing, Young Consumers, and Journal of Vacation Marketing. She has also authored case studies that are available on SAGE Business Cases, Ivey Publishing, The Case Centre, and Bloomsbury Fashion Business Cases. Before joining academia, she held management roles in supply chain at multinational companies such as Agilent Technologies and Teleplan N.V.
