Fabian Beiner is a strategic consultant and innovation practitioner with over 15 years of experience driving digital transformation and organizational change. As the founder of his consulting practice, he specializes in helping companies navigate continuous transformation through practical, human-centered approaches to innovation and agility. His focus on human-centered innovation ensures that every individual in the organization feels valued and integral to the process.

His professional journey spans technology leadership roles, including Chief Technology Officer at a digital agency where he led IT teams and contributed to significant revenue growth, and Innovation Manager at a large corporation where he guided over 800 employees across multiple locations through organizational transformation. Notably, as Chief Operating Officer at Germany’s oldest hackathon service provider, he developed innovative corporate formats and facilitated entrepreneurship initiatives.

His areas of expertise encompass agile methodologies (Holacracy, Kanban, OKRs), design thinking, and digital transformation strategies. He regularly conducts workshops, seminars, and training sessions for corporations and has participated in innovation conferences across Germany and Austria. His educational background includes vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration and executive education from leading business schools in behavioral economics.

His approach combines analytical thinking with creative problem-solving, focusing on sustainable solutions that create lasting impact. Through his consulting practice, he provides solutions and serves as a sparring partner for leaders, helping organizations view change as an opportunity rather than an obstacle.
