Dovilė Daukšaitė-Andriulaitė
Dovilė is a full-time PhD student in Management. She previously finished her Master’s degree at ISM University, where her research focused on how an influencer’s presence affects attention metrics. To pursue this research area further, this time she is writing her PhD, exploring what effect AI based hyper-personalization can have on ad effectiveness metrics.
Yet, her research interests not only include factors influencing advertising effectiveness but neuromarketing as well. Therefore, both her Master’s and PhD studies incorporate neuromarketing research methodologies.
While not studying, Dovilė is building her career in fast-growing, performance-based Lithuanian companies, successfully bridging her studies with the professional world. She successfully grew from Head-level positions in several well-known Lithuanian companies to C-level roles in others.
