Alvydas Vitkauskas
Alvydas Vitkauskas is an organisational leader and educator with more than twenty years of experience in technology-enabled services, operational management, and team development. His career spans senior roles such as COO, CEO, and Director of Operations across international companies, where he focused on building clear processes, strengthening data-informed decision-making, and developing high-performing teams. Alongside his industry work, he has taught at ISM University of Management and Economics, offering courses in management accounting, decision-making, applied mathematics, and IT management, and delivering professional training in organisational development and planning. His academic interests include organisational behaviour, operational systems, and experimental economics, with a particular focus on how teams structure work, use information, and respond to incentives. Throughout his professional and teaching practice, he emphasises clarity, collaboration, and practical reasoning, helping learners connect theoretical concepts with real operational challenges. He holds a Master’s in Financial Economics and a Bachelor’s in Business Management and Economics from ISM University, as well as earlier studies in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science at Vilnius University.
