Project title: “Experiment”: Using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Solutions for Human Resource Search, Selection and Evaluation Platform Creation
The main goal of the project is to prepare for the creation of a human resources search, selection and evaluation platform based on artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions, which would enable to attract and connect employers and staffs in accordance with competencies and work experience requirements using artificial intelligence solutions.
The developed platform includes the following innovative technological solutions (products):
- Development of a semantic CV reading algorithm using machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- A solution for reading various CV formats by merging them into a unified technological CV format, which allows to implement technological compliance with the requirements set by employers (match).
- A guide for employers and staffs based on big data, machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions.
