Project description:

The project aims to analyze the nomological network of work addiction. First, the project covers quantitative empirical research that is aimed to reveal complex interrelations between personal and organizational factors of work addiction. Second, it includes a quantitative overview of the research literature that is aimed to specify the outcomes of work addiction on work domain. The project is expected to contribute to academic literature by providing a more nuanced and improved comprehension of work addiction. It will also have relevant implications for promoting and maintaining a healthy workforce.
