Project description:
Despite the evident need to better understand how to foster successful human-AI collaboration in the workplace, research in this field is sparse, which is problematic since leaders lack evidence-based solutions to deal with these novel unprecedented difficulties. As a result, this project aims to investigate and identify the leadership capabilities required to successfully lead human-AI teams.
