The project aims to understand employers’ expectations from the future workforce currently enrolled in higher education programs in Lithuanian universities, specifically focusing on business, management, and economics. The project seeks to explore and identify the expectations of future employees for employers and its results will offer practical recommendations for both employers and educational institutions.
