Project title: Executive and Employee Communication on Social Media: The Impact of Personal Branding on Organizational Performance

 

The aim of the project: Increase the research competence of dr. Dominyka Venciūtė in conducting high-level research as well as to examine the impact of executive and staff personal branding social media efforts on organizational performance.

 

Expected results: Expected results of this research are as follows: 2 publications (C level journals, ABS Category 2, e.g. International Journal of Electronic Commerce); 2 presentations at International Research Conferences (e.g. European Academy of Management); A conference on personal branding on social media, involving participants with academic as well as business background. The contribution of this research will be both scientific and practical. The research carried out in this project will expand the existing body of knowledge in the relationship between personal branding on social media and its impact on organizational performance. This research will also allow organizations to capture the value of personal branding and prioritize it in their social media marketing strategies accordingly.
