Project description:
This research project aims to determine social and ethical risks associated with AI usage in organisations and possible measures for their management at the organisational and individual levels. Three research studies intended under this project will provide possibility to disclose social and ethical threats arising from AI application, determine AI impact on ethical behaviour and ability to make socially responsible decisions among different age individuals and identify its impact on employee well-being.
