Project description:
The research aims to investigate the well-being of startup founders and how it is affected by AI using factors, including the determination of the mediating effect of workplace environment factors and the moderation effects of the startup development stage and founder gender. This research will make an important contribution to the development of management theories by combining entrepreneurship, well-being, and AI fields.
