Project title: Towards an assessment model for mission-based strategic communication excellence
The aim of the project: To raise the qualification of dr. Mariana Sueldo and carry out scientific research in the field of strategic communication management and organizational excellence.
Expected results: Raised qualification and an elaborated assessment model of excellence in mission-based communication management. Dissemination of results: 2 publications with IF, 2 conference papers in international scientific conferences; one fellowship research visit. Further dissemination in Lithuania: events held in the Lithuanian Association of Communication, ISM University, seminars and training for managers of organizations in the public and private sectors. Research results will also be applicable at the international level, the created assessment model of excellence in mission-based communication management could be an object of further research as well as a tool for managerial decisions in organizations. This project can also contribute to the revision and expansion of the pertaining contents in study programs in HEIs so as to enhance the professional practice of communication management with communication and organizational excellence insight.
