Ajana Lolat-Pažarauskienė

A social innovation expert and practitioner, she founded the Mulan Foundation, which trains the first assistant dogs in Lithuanian history. For her work, she was awarded the Power of Lithuania 2023, the Honor of Lithuania 2023 awards, and the Personality of the Year 2024 nomination.

Her research area is the future perspectives of people with disabilities in the labor market.
