Assoc. Prof. Dr. Virginijus Kundrotas
Lecturer
Dr. Virginijus Kundrotas is an expert in Change Management and Leadership, with many years of experience leading various organizations in Lithuania and abroad. He is also a member of the boards of several international and Lithuanian companies.
Currently, he serves as the Head of the Adizes Institute (USA) in Lithuania and am the leading Certified Consultant of this branch. Additionally, I am the Dean of the Adizes Graduate School (USA).
He consults companies and top executives both in Lithuania and internationally on organizational development, management, and leadership. He advises organizations and their leaders on understanding organizational behaviour at different stages of growth and how to successfully develop under the influence of rapid and unpredictable changes. He conducts consultations and training in Lithuanian, English, and Russian. He is also the founder and Honorary President of the Baltic Management Development Association (BMDA) and Vice President of the Central and East European Management Development Association (CEEMAN). He regularly participates and gives presentations at various international forums, conferences, and seminars in the USA, Chile, Thailand, India, Germany, Italy, Slovenia, France, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Russia, Turkey, Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Taiwan, Latvia, Estonia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria, and other countries.
He has been continuously teaching academic courses such as “Business Ethics,” “Corporate Social Responsibility,” “Responsible Leadership,” “Change Management,” “Creating a Culture of Mutual Trust and Respect in the Organization,” among others, in Master’s and Doctoral studies in Lithuania and abroad. also conducts organizational development research with colleagues in Germany, Estonia, Latvia, Russia, France, Lithuania, and more.
