Assoc. Prof. Dr. Audronė Nakrošienė is a Director of Executive MBA studies at ISM University of Management and Economics. She has consulted companies on Leadership, Organizational Behavior and Working from home areas and has led the international energy projects since 2001. Her consulting and research areas are leadership, creativity, telework (work from home) and organizational behavior. Audrone’s dissertation is entitled as “The Role of the Telework Environment and the Linkages to Employee Creativity”.Audrone is a Board Member of The University of Women of Wonder (WOW) and a Board Member of International Coaching Federation ICF GLOBAL Lithuania. She is also a certified coach (ICF Global) and a member of several international research networks, chairman and moderator of international conferences.Audronė holds Master’s degree in Management (BI Norwegian Business School and ISM University of Management and Economics) and Master’s degree in Energetics and Thermal Engineering. She received a master’s certificate at Aalborg University in Denmark in the field of energy planning.
