Diana Gold

iana Gold is a full time PhD student in Management at ISM University, driven by curiosity and purpose to explore the research topic “Will AI make a difference? Exploring the future of gender diversity in technology leadership.” under the guidance of distinguished ISM faculty.

With over 20 years of experience in technology – ranging from analyst to CIO, CDO, and CTO – Diana has worked across local and international corporations, leading innovation and digital transformations. She holds two master’s degrees: one in Management Information Systems from VU and another in ICT Entrepreneurship from KTH.

Diana chose ISM University for its excellence in management education and vibrant, forward-looking community that fosters collaboration, growth, and impactful research.
