Dr. Caleb Kwong

Visiting Professor at ISM University
Caleb Kwong is Professor at the Essex Business School, University of Essex. His research focuses on entrepreneurship, human resource management, sustainability, and the management of not-for-profit organisations. He has published widely in leading international journals, including Academy of Management Learning & Education, Journal of Small Business Management, International Small Business Journal, Entrepreneurship and Regional Development, and Journal of Business Research.
Prior to joining Essex, Caleb was part of the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (Wales/UK) team, contributing to EU-funded entrepreneurship research and policy reports for the Welsh Assembly Government and the European Union. He also organised international academic conferences and entrepreneurship development workshops. More recently, he served as the UK lead for the Humane Entrepreneurship project.
Caleb is Associate Editor of Business Ethics, the Environment and Responsibility and serves on the editorial boards of several international journals, including the International Small Business Journal and Journal of General Management. He has also reviewed extensively for major journals, research councils, and academic publishers.
In addition, Caleb has substantial experience in external examining, programme validation, and PhD examination across several UK universities.
