Eglė is the Head of Financial Markets at Artea bank and has built her career around developing Baltic capital markets, particularly in the field of debt capital markets and investment solutions. Over the years, she has worked closely with companies, investors, and financial institutions across the Baltics, leading and advising on numerous bond issuances and capital raising projects.

Her professional focus combines capital markets strategy, investor relations, and financial market development. She is particularly passionate about making investing and financial markets more accessible, understandable, and engaging for a broader audience. Alongside transaction execution, she actively contributes to discussions on investment culture, retail investor participation, and the future of European and Baltic capital markets.

Eglė frequently speaks at conferences, webinars, and industry events, sharing insights on bonds, ETFs, macroeconomic trends, and investment behavior. She writes market commentary and analysis, aiming to translate complex financial topics into practical and relatable insights.
