gerzig@faculty.ism.ltDr. Gerda Žigienė is experienced sustainability strategist and professor of sustainability and finance (KTU (Lithuania); ESDES Business School (France); Vaasa University (Finland)), and an expert of the National Sustainability and Responsibility Index, board member at Lithuanian Responsible Business Association (LAVA). Gerda advises companies and associations on sustainability strategy formulation, sustainability transformation, and EU regulation (ESRD, CSRS, SFDR, RTS), and assists in double materiality and stakeholder analysis.
Gerda gained her knowledge of sustainable business financing, development and regulation through the Sustainable Business Management programme at Cambridge University, the European Federation of Financial Analysts’ Associations (EFFAS) International Certified ESG Analyst Certificate and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Impact Measurement and Governance Programme, developed with the United Nations, at Duke University.
