ghichr@faculty.ism.ltORCIDI am currently pursuing a PhD in International Political Economy and Comparative Politics at the University of Virginia (UVa). I am particularly keen on exploring the political economy of FinTech.
I started my PhD at UVa after completing a Master of Public Policy (MPP) at the University of Oxford to pursue my long standing interest in the intersection of Business, Economics, and Public Policy. Prior to that, I completed a dual-degree undergraduate course in Economics and International Studies at the University of Pennsylvania and worked in strategy consulting for two years.
I am fluent in English, French, Arabic and have full proficiency in Spanish.
