From the ground up, and in existing organizations, I build teams, programs, and organizations to create and take advantage ofopportunities for change. This is my passion, and the key to mysuccess in making an impact. My career path is uniquelyunconventional, and that gives me my ability to make impact in new, diverse situations, and the resilience to adapt to change.Behind everything I do is a passion to help people, organizations, andcommunities achieve their maximum potential, to bring my valuesaround collaboration, equity, and perseverance to every business orcommunity action. I ask „what if?” and „why not?” I believe in theunderlying potential of each individual and each organization toachieve whatever they can dream, and I take great pride in being ableto challenge, coach, mentor, train, and collaborate with people to doso. thrive in fast moving, ever-changing environments, withconcurrent projects and deadlines. I bring my foundation in the techindustry to all I do, combining the drive for innovation with mypassion for social good, at Silicon Valley speed and with innovativethinking.I founded a nonprofit in the middle of the pandemic, a for profitcompany in a recession, founded many community organizations andbeen on the leadership team of many more, and served as anappointed official, in areas ranging from sustainability to mentalhealth.
