Associate professor Dr. Ieva Augutytė-Kvedaravičienė gained her PhD at Vytautas Magnus University, Lithuania. She specializes in international real estate business and business consulting for more than twenty years now. Ieva teaches Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Business Consulting, Real Estate Economics at ISM University of Management and Economics. Ieva supervises bachelor and master programs students final thesis writing process as well as Internship of Finance and Economics programs. She actively collaborates with various business partners and works together involving best practices into subjects taught. Ieva holds Real Estate Valuator’s license as well as Business Valuator assistant license, she is also an active member the Lithuanian Association of Property Valuers (LTVA) and serves as a member of Educational Committee.Ieva is also active in teaching internationally – her international teaching experience links lectures in Sweden, Switzerland, United States, Korea, Portugal, etc. This forms broad experience of innovative teaching methods in various cultural environments.Associate professor Dr. Ieva Augutytė-Kvedaravičienė actively participates in research covering office impact on staffs well-being, motivation, organizational culture topics. In 2019 dr. Ieva Augutytė-Kvedaravičienė together with a colleague became leaders in public opinion formation in relation to ISM scientific research. Associate professor Dr. Ieva Augutytė-Kvedaravičienė is also an author of the textbook “Real Estate: Theory and Practice”, as well as a few business cases and business practices integration into teaching.
