Ieva is a genuine marketing person, having found a passion for marketing and innovation during the first years of university (so far back in the days). She has successfully performed as a marketing manager and director for various local and international businesses since 2006. She is also the founder of Marketing Point, a platform for outsourced marketing management in Lithuania, and now holds the position of Marketing Strategist and Coach there.According to Ieva, nowadays the marketing success is no more defined by how creative or smart you are, but by how quick and resourceful you can be to achieve ambitions and deliver results. This is why she likes to say that the one that laughs last, thinks slowest.Ieva holds a BSc degree in business management and a MSc degree in innovation and technology management from the University of Management and Economics (ISM), in Vilnius.
