Ieva is on a mission to celebrate human creativity and make it accessible to all. As an internationally recognized expert in workplace creativity and innovation, she has published her research in leading academic journals, including the Journal of Organizational BehaviorJournal of Management, and Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology. Ieva began her academic career as an assistant professor at the University of East Anglia, where she continues to serve as a visiting faculty member. She has also taught at University College London and the University of Cambridge.
After years of research and testing, Ieva developed the evidence-based D!P method (Daily Ignite Practice)—a research backed and practical approach designed to help busy professionals and leaders ignite creativity daily, enabling them to solve problems more effectively and make better decisions.
Ieva is the founder and director of CreativityLab, where she designs and leads workshops on collaborative creativity for teams, productivity strategies for creatives, creative problem-solving, and fostering creative cultures for business leaders and professionals.
