Her main research focus is on various aspects of leadership, including (temporary) teams and context. Inga is a co-author of a first book on organizational leadership in Iceland – ‘Demystifying Leadership in Iceland: An Inquiry into Cultural, Societal, and Entrepreneurial Uniqueness’. This book was nominated for the best book award at EURAM. She is also a country collaborator of the GLOBE research – the biggest ever global research on organizational leadership. Inga works extensively with the industry as a consultant and educator.
