Jolanta Stonė
Jolanta Stonė has been practicing law for more than 20 years, she is a licensed attorney at law for 12 years.
At the beginning of 2021 Jolanta joined the law firm Ilaw as a Partner, before joining Ilaw Jolanta spent 2 years with the leading law firm Ellex Valiunas as an Associate Partner, and for more than 11 years Jolanta was practicing in the law firm Glimstedt.
Jolanta graduated from the Law Faculty of Vilnius University and the University of Edinburgh and completed the Strategic Management course in ISM University of Management and Economics.
Jolanta has substantial experience in advising clients on investments and transactions, real estate M&A, consulting on a wide range of construction and commercial matters. She provides legal assistance to foreign investors planning and developing their activities in Lithuania, represents in complex international transactions and works with the largest local market players. She is strong in running most prominent deals on national and international level with a can-do attitude, pro-active approach, meanwhile well assessing and managing risks.
