Rokas Kaminskas
Rokas Kaminskas is a lecturer and PhD student at ISM University of Management and Economics. Rokas holds an MA degree in financial economics and a BS degree in economics from the ISM University of Management and Economics. Since 2017, Rokas has also been working as a senior economist in the Bank of Lithuania’s Monetary Policy Division. Rokas has been lecturing courses related to macroeconomics at ISM, and his doctoral research is on the analysis of monetary policy communication and its interaction with financial markets.
