Dr. Ruta Kazlauskaite is Professor at ISM University of Management and Economics. Her research interests focus on socially responsible and sustainable human resource management, social and individual wellbeing, work environment effects on staffs, international and comparative human resource management. She has presented her research findings at international conferences (Academy of Management, EURAM, International HRM, Dutch HRM network, etc.) and published in international scientific journals (Academy of Management Journal) and books published by international publishing houses (Oxford University Press, Routledge, Edward Elgar Publishing). She participates in and leads national and international research projects and conducts research for companies.She is Chairwoman of ISM Institutional Review Board, member of ISM Doctoral Committee of the Doctoral Programme in Management, ISM Senate member (2017-2022). She is also Editor-in-Chief of the Baltic Journal of Management and editorial board member of the International Journal of Human Resource Management, and Advisory group member at Cranet global HRM research network.
