Samson Abiodun Toye

Samson Abiodun Toye a Nigerian national and a full-time doctoral student in Management. He has earned an MA (Honors) in International Marketing and Management and is currently completing his second master’s in the Global Leadership and Strategy program at ISM University.

Samson chose ISM University for his doctoral studies due to its significant research contributions to society. His dissertation focuses on the topic of “Employee Sustainable Behavior: The Role of Line Managers.” The existing research on sustainable behavior is limited and lacks validated instruments. Samson aims to conceptually substantiate sustainable behavior, develop a validated measurement instrument, and unveil the pivotal role of line managers in sustainable behavior education through his study. The findings of his research will inform recommendations for sustainable behavior education programs.
