Sergejus is the CEO of Transparency International Lithuania. He is responsible for overall management of Transparency International Lithuania; development of strategic guidelines and programmes; international co-cooperation and TI Lithuania representation; supervision of national, regional and international TI project activities. Particular focus on monitoring of expenditure of public funds / public procurement, business ethics and private sector anti-corruption; youth integrity, freedom of access to information, CSO integrity and capacity-building.
