She is a full-time doctoral student. She earned her research masters degree from University of Groningen, The Netherlands in Behavioural and Social Science. She also graduated with honours with a focus on ‘Leadership in Action’ where she developed her interest in organizational psychology and human resource management.

She is a passionate about her research, where she will be working on project titled “Overcoming Societal Tensions in Europe: Can Age-Diverse Friendships be the Solution”.  She will be exploring on how age-diverse friendships might help bridge generational divides and possibly lay a pathway towards addressing societal tensions in Europe.

She has previously worked on diverse topics, including stress, resilience in sports, and voluntary childlessness. She thrives on collaboration, bringing a multidisciplinary perspective to her work. Outside of her academic journey, she is a professional yoga teacher and enjoys yoga, sports, and traveling activities that nourish her mind and body, fostering a balanced and holistic approach to both life and research.
