Dr. Tuğçe Yerlitaş is a Junior Researcher and Research Project Manager at ISM University. She received her doctoral degree in Management from ISM University in 2025. Her dissertation explores human capital sustainability and its management in an organization. During her PhD, she completed courses at ISM University of Management and Economics and BI Norwegian Business School (Norway). She has presented her research at international conferences and workshops, including the Academy of Management Annual Meeting, the International Workshop on Human Resource Management, the British Academy of Management HRM SIG International Symposium, and the Academy of Management Reviews and Discoveries Journals’ Idea Development Workshop.

She has also been a member of an international research project, the Global Alliance for Ethics and Impacts of Advanced Technologies (GAEIA), as well as a national research project funded by the Research Council of Lithuania. Additionally, she contributed to several other projects during her doctoral studies. In recognition of her academic achievements, she was awarded a doctoral scholarship by the Research Council of Lithuania in 2023.
