Course description
This elective course is designed to help you develop the creative leadership and thinking skills that are so essential in today’s fast-paced, innovation-driven world. Through a blend of research-backed techniques and hands-on practice, you will learn how to approach organizational challenges with fresh perspectives and actionable solutions.
You’ll study real world examples, practical theoretical strategies, and learn to look through different lenses (psychological/managerial/artistic) to help cultivate and grow a real innovator’s mindset. Not only that, by co-operating and co-creating with your fellow students and professionals from around the business spectrum, you’ll learn how to create better through consensus.
