Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bahman Peyravi
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bahman Peyravi has been conducting research on innovation management, eco-innovation toward circular economy, sustainable business transformation, and the international transfer of good practices since defending his doctoral dissertation in 2017, titled “Modelling of international transfer of good practices of innovation management under conditions of European integration”. The mentioned research fileds and works can be counted as the foundation for his research focus on eco-innovation, circular economy, and the managerial dynamics of sustainable transitions in SMEs, especially within the context of European integration and global economic shifts.
Between 2021 and 2023, Dr. Peyravi served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow on the European Social Fund (LMT) project “The Drivers and Barriers for Adaptation of Eco-Innovation in Small and Medium Enterprises on the Road toward Circular Economy”. This project results provided significant empirical insight into the structural and behavioral obstacles SMEs face when adopting eco-innovations, and laid the groundwork for the methodology proposed in the current project.
